City Church Marietta began in 2015 when several families sensed Jesus calling them to plant a church right in the heart of Marietta. We believe Jesus has invited us on an amazing journey to bring life to the broken places in our hearts, homes, city, and world. The highest priority of the Church is reaching the world with the love and grace of Jesus. The best place to start is in the city He has called us to live. Bringing the name of Jesus to our city and world requires a gathering of people that produces change within our homes, which is only possible if Jesus first changes our hearts.

Meet our Pastor

Eugene Fidell is the Lead Pastor of City Church Marietta. He is passionate about leading people to know and love Jesus and seeing Him bring life to our brokenness. Eugene earned his Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2014 and his Doctor of Ministry degree in Ministry Leadership from Liberty University in 2021. Eugene and his wife Caroline have three sons, Michael, Theo, and Judah and live in Marietta.
